Snowlily-012 Medieval Dress

Description

This is one of Vendetta Couture's personal favourites because of the original colours and trims used and has been named 'Snowlily'.

The gown is made in silvery grey and matched with aqua (pale turquoise) crushed (panne) velvet.

The dress has a square neckline at the front and back, and has princess seams running vertically down over the bust to the ground - the same on the back. The main part of the dress is made in silver with the centre front panel and the lining of the lower sleeves made in aqua.

The upper sleeves are fitted to the elbow and the lower sleeves are very full and trailing. There are ribbon ties on the inside of the sleeves so that they can be gathered up or worn down. The elbow seam is highlighted with the white braid and sleeve edges have been trimmed with white braid and the most beautiful white guipure lace which give it that lovely icicle look.

There are fitted under-sleeves, made in the aqua velvet which have a pointed cuff.

There is adjustable lacing at the front and back of the dress, this can be used to pull the dress a little tighter or to let it out a little.

The lacing has been trimmed with white braid and satin ribbons. There is a short train at the back measuring 8cm (3").

This dress can be hand washed or dry cleaned.

The length of the dress in the photographs is 152cm (60") from the back of the neck down to the ground.

This dress can be made in a wide range of colours. Please contact us for a list of available colours or if you have a particular colour combination that you would like.

Please bare in mind that the guipure lace is only available in white, black and ivory.

This dress can be made in other fabrics too such as various types of velvet (heavier quality, matt or rich crushed) and other stretch fabrics.

Price would increase slightly if other fabrics are chosen.
