Description

This dress is made in burgundy crushed (panne) velvet and matched with a pretty pale coffee embroidered satin.

The neckline is a wide scoop neck and it has a fitted bodice with princess seams over the bust and down the back.

The waist seam comes into a deep point at the centre front.

The upper sleeves are fitted and the lower sleeves are very much of the medieval style being full and trailing and edged with an ivory lace. They have ribbon drawstring ties on the inside of the sleeves so they can be gathered up or worn down if desired.

The under-sleeves are made in the satin fabric and finish with a pointed cuff.

There is adjustable lacing at the back of bodice.

The skirt is full and 'A' line in shape which drapes softly to the ground.

There is a contrasting panel in the skirt made in the satin and the hem is finished with ivory edge lace.

There is a deep band around the hem of the dress also made in the contrasting fabric.

To finish the outfit is a matching belt with burgundy beaded tassels,it is worn tied to highlight the shaping of the waist seam.

Unfortunately, we no longer have the embroidered satin fabric available, but it may be possible to source out a similar fabrics. Please contact us for further details.
